Maxime Oudiette is one of Champagne’s most exciting emerging grower-vignerons, working just 4 hectares in Beaunay in the Coteaux du Petit Morin. After gaining experience with Anselme Selosse, he returned to his family vineyards and began producing tiny quantities of intensely terroir-driven Champagne. His wines emphasize old vines, organic farming, spontaneous fermentation, and extended aging in oak, resulting in beautifully textured, mineral, highly individual cuvées that are increasingly sought after by Champagne collectors

“LBV – Les Bas Vigny” Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut NV (2022 base) - An exceptionally rare, single-parcel 100% Chardonnay from Maxime Oudiette in Beaunay. Les Bas Vigny is one of the domaine’s most chalk-driven sites, with shallow lignite clay over soft chalk, giving the wine remarkable purity and mineral tension. The 2022 base is fermented with native yeasts and aged 11 months in 228-liter barrels, followed by extended bottle aging. With only 2,008 bottles produced, this is a highly limited, collector-worthy Blanc de Blancs offering citrus, white fruit, chalk, and a long, saline finish. 12% ABV.
